Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the Product, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Cancellation Policy :

- Once amount paid which are nonrefundable for any reason or any other cancellation clause of Shivsahaj engineering please update.

- If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

Shivsahaj engineering shall have right to modify the rate of a Product any time, without any prior information;

Transaction fee clause:-

- Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.

- Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.

Delivery / Shipping Policy :-

* After successfully payment within how many days merchant will provide donation receipts & other supportive document (payment receipts ,Tax exemption u/s 80G receipts & Other details).

Shivsahaj engineering will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, it is pertinent to note that the Shivsahaj engineering has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. User hereby agree and undertakes that the decision taken by the Shivsahaj engineering is acceptable to User and User shall not create any dispute on the decision taken by Shivsahaj engineering on cancellation;
